Oaxaca is not only one of the cleanest cities in Mexico but this beautiful colonial city is also the capital of the State of Oaxaca and is famous for its vibrant arts and cultural life. The foods of this lovely city share equal billing with a cutting edge blend of the traditional and contemporary influences that have been reshaping the culinary world for the last decade. This will be an exciting week, exploring the moles and other spice-infused dishes that are indigenous and being reinvented with ‘classically trained’ chefs.

Accommodations:
Casa Oaxaca is a five-star boutique hotel with just seven rooms and one of the city’s finest restaurants. This luxury property is centrally located - only three blocks from the vibrant life of the Zocalo (town square) and within easy walking distance of all of the museums, galleries and shops. You may not want to leave the comfort of this wonderful oasis.

We will have our cooking lesson taught on the premises by the executive manager and head chef and will focus on the traditional and contemporary dishes of the region. You can take a dip in the pool or arrange a massage or other type of spa treatment right on the property.

You will love this place!

Week Includes:
