This enchanted area in the south of France is dotted with quaint villages nestled among fields of lavender and small grains, vineyards and orchards. Provencal country cooking and luscious wines define the South of France. The charming villages and pastoral scenes in Provence will enchant you while the Roman ruins offer you a glimpse into the area’s rich history.

Accommodations:
Your home will be Les Trois Fontaines with its elegant gardens and sweeping vistas above the picturesque Luberon Valley. We will spend eight days exploring Provence from this beautifully restored estate. Each bedroom suite is uniquely designed and decorated with in-suite bathrooms. This is a luxuriously comfortable property and a great base for our journey.

Program:
Here we learn the basics of Provençal hospitality and cuisine with visits to local markets and hands-on cooking lessons. We’ll visit castles, villages and antique markets, and we’ll taste olive oils, wines, chocolate and chevre cheeses. You will have lasting memories of our time spent exploring the culinary and cultural splendors of Provence!
