Historically, Tuscany was the center of art and culture during the Renaissance. While it remains rich in art and cultural history, it is also rich in food and wine. This region of Italy is famous for many varieties of wines and olive oils. We will spend a week exploring Western Tuscany and all it has to offer with local experts in food, wine and history.

Borgo Bernardini
|
The magnificent Borgo Bernardini is an enchanting and beautifully restored historic little hamlet set in an aristocratic estate of cypress, magnolia and weeping willow trees, lilied lakes and fountains. Hidden away in the Lucchese hills, just 10 minutes from the ancient walled city of Lucca, this modern estate offers great charm and opulent comfort. The spacious and luxurious bedrooms and suites are perfectly appointed.
Alfresco dining can be enjoyed overlooking the seventeenth century fountain, and guests can relax around the stunning swimming pool set in Italian gardens. This is Italian country estate living at its finest!
