Santiago City Tour:
Welcome meeting at the hotel. Afterwards, our excursion begins by touring the main avenues in the city’s civic center with a stop at La Moneda, originally built as a mint in 1805, the neoclassical building was the home of Chilean presidents until 1958, and today is the actual seat of the government. Continue exploring narrow streets, eventually arriving at the Plaza de Armas, a picturesque and lively square surrounded by the 18th century Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Historical Museum, and the central post office.
Later, the tour heads toward Parque Forestal, near the Fine Arts Museum, and the bohemian neighborhoods of Bellavista and Lastarria, where historically intellectuals and artists have made their homes, now filled with restaurants and cultural venues. Continue exploring other neighborhoods of Pedro de Valdivia Norte, and the elegant and exclusive neighborhoods of Las Condes and Vitacura where Santiago ́s elite live, shop, and dine.

Casablanca Valley Winery and Valparaiso
Today we’ll leave the hotel in Santiago, you will be driven approximately 90 minutes west toward the coast, passing through the lush agricultural valley of Curacaví and the renowned Casablanca Valley, famous for its commitment to terroir and for producing some of Chile’s best white wines and cool-climate reds. As you make our way to the coast, you’ll stop for a tour and tasting at beautiful vineyards, such as Re Winery:
Founded in 2008 by Pablo Morandé Lavín alongside his children, Piedad and Pablo, this boutique estate represents the perfect synergy of shared passion and professional dedication. While the project itself is contemporary, the family’s viticultural narrative is remarkably deep, spanning nine generations of the Morandé name in Peñaflor and five generations of the Lavín Urrutia family in the Maule region. This dual heritage of traditional "tinaja" winemaking and extensive vineyard expertise informs every aspect of the current production. Today, the estate honors this centuries-old lineage while actively driving a modern REvolution within the industry, proving that the most profound innovations are often rooted in the strongest traditions.
Next, you’ll arrive to Valparaíso, one of the first Chilean cities founded by the Spanish. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2003 for its architectural and cultural significance, the city is also one of Chile’s most interesting. We will enjoy a private walking tour.
Colchagua Valley

Today we head to San Antonio Valley, which is a small wine region located an hour west of Chile’s capital, Santiago. The climate is heavily influenced by the effects of the ocean. The Humbolt Current brings cool morning mists and spring frosts, and is largely responsible for making viticulture possible here, as the valley is located much closer to the Equator than any European vineyard. Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are the main varieties grown in the San Antonio Valley.
Matetic Winery Visit & Wine Tasting:
We will be invited to discover the Rosario Valley, learning about the winemaking process in Matetic Winery, the terroir, and its organic and biodynamic agriculture. After a brief drive we’ll reach the Path of the Senses, where we’ll begin a walk to discover the magic of our vineyards, passing to visit the Biodynamic Garden where we’ll see the plants used to in our biodynamic preparations, and learn about the importance of biodiversity in our vineyards. The tour continues to the wine cellar, where we’ll learn about the process that helps transform the grapes from our vineyards into some of the best wines in Chile. The visit finishes with a tasting of 4 of our wines.
After this visit, the drive continues to Colchagua Valley: This region produces some of Chile's best red wines, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Syrah. Colchagua Valley thanks to a mix of favorable environment, climate, soil and skilled winemakers.
Located just 6 kilometers from Santa Cruz, NOI Blend Colchagua is in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. It is a perfect blend of urban sophistication and relaxed country life. Colchagua Valley Wineries Excursion, Colchagua Musuem
Colchagua Museum is a private institution, managed by Cardoen Foundation, chaired by Chilean businessman Carlos Cardoen. There is a collection that includes nearly 7,000 items mainly related to the areas of Paleontology, Archeology, History of Chile and the World, including specific pavilions about Modernity, History and Development of Weapons, outfit worn by the Huasos (typical Chilean countrymen), carriages, Agricultural Machinery, Pavilion of the Railroads, exhibition halls that host the largest private collection of Latin America. The exhibit also includes from fossilized trunks of million years ago, to an almost exact replica of the underground refuge of "San Jose" mine and the "Fenix" capsule that rescued the 33 trapped miners.
Afterwards we’ll visit Viña Montes Winery & enjoy lunch at Fuegos de Apalta, owned by acclaimed Argentine chef and author Francis Mallman, famous for his mastery of Patagonian open-fire cooking.

The renowned Chilean chef Pilar Rodríguez shares her passion for food and wine in her studio located at Viña Viu Manent, where she offers outstanding food and wine sessions, pairing menus, and cooking classes. As we transition from Chile to Argentina, your journey north toward Santiago Airport features one last exceptional stop in the Maipo Valley. We will visit the renowned Pérez Cruz Winery, where you’ll enjoy a curated three-course lunch. The experience begins with a welcome cocktail, highlights the estate’s signature wines, and concludes beautifully with dessert, coffee, and fine chocolates before you board your flight to Mendoza.

Your journey begins with a scenic panoramic tour of Mendoza City before heading into the heart of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú—the legendary, original cradles of Argentine Malbec. This premium experience is crafted for wine lovers eager to dive deeper, offering exclusive activities usually reserved for winemakers and industry experts.
We start at Bodega Vistalba. Guided by an expert sommelier, you will sharpen your senses during a blind tasting, learning to isolate and identify the unique aromas, flavors, body, and acidity of their top-tier wines.
Next, we visit Bodega Lamadrid for an interactive Blending Session. Under the guidance of the estate’s winemakers, you will taste different varietals, blend them to your personal taste, and bottle and label your very own custom creation to take home.

Free morning, wine and horseback riding
As one of the most historic wineries in the region, Benegas offers a journey through time in its centennial cellars. This afternoon we will enjoy a curated tasting of their most exclusive estate wines, learning about the family legacy that helped shape the Argentine wine industry.
Next, we head deeper into the vineyards for a scenic Horseback Ride. Breathe in the mountain air as you ride through the rows of vines with the breathtaking Andes Mountains as your backdrop. This immersive journey concludes at a charming vineyard post, where the culinary experience begins.
We will participate in a hands-on Empanada Cooking Class, learning the traditional techniques and secrets to folding the perfect Argentine empanada. The experience culminates with a classic Argentine Asado (barbecue) served right in the middle of the vineyards, featuring premium cuts of meat paired perfectly with local wines for a truly authentic Mendoza dinner under the stars.

Interactive Cooking Experience
This afternoon we will participate in a private, interactive cooking class. Led by an expert chef, this is more than a lesson—it’s a communal celebration of Argentine hospitality.
- The Welcome: Settle in with a house cocktail and a generous board of fresh fruits, local cheeses, and nuts.
- Hands-On Appetizers: Roll up your sleeves to craft chipá (cheesy bread from the Northeast) and master the art of folding traditional empanadas with both meat and vegetarian fillings.
- The Main Event (Full Class): Master the techniques for grilling a perfect tenderloin paired with creamy Andean potatoes.
- The Grand Finale: Prepare a silky flan de dulce de leche from scratch for dessert.

Tucked away on the southern shores of Lake Llanquihue in Chile’s Lake District, the town of Puerto Varas is as pretty as they come. Streets lined with fragrant roses weave
through the colonial architecture – a hark back to its German heritage – and the iconic red and white Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Church stands strikingly in its midst. Yet
more glorious than the town itself are the 360 degree views. The snow-capped Osorno Volcano and Calbuco Volcano rise into the piercingly blue sky, and the lake stretches into the horizon.
Puerto Varas welcomes visitors with open arms to stroll leisurely through the streets, experience its excellent food, and enjoy some of the finest beer in the country in its
lively bars. Head out of town however, and the beauty of the Lake District stretches before you. A network of roads and ferry boats connect a landscape of turquoise lakes,
rivers swarming with fat pink salmon, lakeside villages steeped in rural traditions, and the Alerce Andino National Park.
Friday, Feb 19
Today we’ll head to the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. Along the way, we will drive through vast fields of black volcanic rock spewed from Osorno Volcano.
At Petrohué Falls, we will stop for lunch and marvel as the powerful whitewater plunges through narrow channels in the basalt dam created by a past volcanic eruption. Walk across the black lava sands surrounding Todos los Santos Lake. The photo opportunities are spectacular as you take in the stunning views and approach Osorno Volcano. Its steep-sided cone is one of the most perfectly symmetrical volcanoes you’ll ever see. (Its most recent eruption was in 1869.)
The upper slopes are covered with glaciers, and during an exploratory walk on the lower slopes you’ll get a close-up look at the lava formations, as well as the plants and animals that have gradually reclaimed the landscape over the past century and a half.
Not to be missed: the breathtaking reflection of Osorno Volcano in the smooth, sapphire waters of Llanquihue Lake.

Chiloe Island
This tour begins with a ferry transfer to Chiloé Island, South America's second-largest island, located just off the mainland and known for its distinctive culture and landscapes. The ferry crosses the Chacao Channel, an area rich in marine life where sea lions and seabirds are often seen.
Upon arrival on the island, the journey continues with a transfer to Puñihuil Bay. From here, a short walk leads to the Puñihuil viewpoint, offering beautiful coastal views and the chance to observe the surrounding natural scenery.
At Puñihuil, guests will also learn about the preparation of curanto en olla, a traditional dish from Chiloé. Before lunch, there will be a brief visit to the kitchen to see how this iconic recipe is prepared.
Next, a motorboat excursion will take guests to the Chiloé Penguin Colony at the Islotes de Puñihuil. These small islands are unique because they are the only place where Humboldt and Magellanic penguins breed together. The boat ride provides an excellent opportunity to observe these endangered birds up close while enjoying views of the rugged coastline and local wildlife.
After lunch, the tour continues with a transfer to Caulín, a small and traditional village known for its scenic beach and wetlands, which serve as an important bird sanctuary. The area also features a traditional church and offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching.
You will enjoy a short walk around Caulín before returning to the ferry for the journey back to the mainland.

Prepare to be captivated by one of the world’s most extraordinary natural wonders: the majestic Iguazú Falls. Derived from the Guaraní language, Iguazú means “Great Waters”—an apt name for this breathtaking spectacle of 275 cascades plunging over 250 feet into the depths of the Devil’s Throat, a dramatic gorge enveloped in swirling mist and rainbows.
With a force of over 6,000 cubic feet of water per second, the falls surpass Niagara in both height and grandeur, offering an experience that evokes the awe first felt by the explorer Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca in 1541.
Surrounding you is a lush canvas of red earth, pristine rainforest, and astonishing biodiversity—a setting as powerful as it is serene. Set within the UNESCO-listed Iguazú National Park, the surrounding rainforest spans 55,000 hectares and is home to over 2,000 plant species and rare wildlife including jaguars, capybaras, and more than 400 species of birds. While Brazil offers sweeping panoramic views, Argentina invites a more immersive experience through a network of trails and walkways that bring you breathtakingly close to the falls.

Discover the awe-inspiring beauty of Iguazú Falls on this unforgettable excursion to Argentina! Begin with a guided walk through the Lower Circuit (1,700 meters), where you’ll feel the spirit of the jungle as you encounter iconic waterfalls like San Martín and Dos Hermanas up close.
After, explore the Upper Circuit (650 meters) for sweeping panoramic views of cascading falls, including the majestic San Martín and Tres Mosqueteros.
Finally, take the Park Train to the breathtaking Garganta del Diablo, where the immense horseshoe-shaped falls thunder down in a display of raw power, accompanied by the mesmerizing flight of the vencejos birds.
Optional add ons: Great Adventure through Macuco Trail and safari through the jungle and boat ride to base of falls (Zodiac)
Recommended: wear sturdy walking shoes and clothing that you do not mind getting wet.
This excursion begins with a 5 km Safari through the jungle in open 4 X 4 vehicles which allow comfortable filming and photography of the extraordinary jungle with flora and fauna explanation stops along the way.
After descending 100 meters (walking) we reach the Macuco (Argentinian side) Pier where we board Zodiac for a wonderful 15 minute (6 kms) ride to the base of the falls. The ride is made with powerful motor-boats that pass through the Lower Canyon of the Iguassu River until the foot of the “Tres Mosqueteros” waterfall, with spectacular and clear views of both the Brazilian and Argentinean sides, and of the Devil’s Throat Fall. We also get very close to the waterfall of San Martin Island, the biggest one that a motor-boat can approach safely.
Finally, the boat navigates back to Macuco Pier (Argentinian side) and we return with 4 x 4 truck to starting point.
Note: Duration 2 hours. Not suitable for pregnant women. Age restriction: boat portion only for children 12 years or older. Expedition in the jungle and on the water will present wet conditions. Dry bags are supplied for cameras.
